In order to complete your live account application, you may be asked to provide a clear and readable copy of one document (valid passport, valid driving license, valid national ID card, or utility bill). All documents that require your address should be dated within the last three months.
We may use your information to make further enquiries about you, including checks to combat fraud. We do not sell your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes. You can sign in to your account as soon as your application has been processed and you have verified your account. However, you won’t be able to place a trade unless there are sufficient funds in your account to open a position. If you prefer to test trading strategies in a risk-free environment, our free demo account allows you to practice trading with virtual funds.
You can fund your BLACKR Investment account via your online banking. We do not accept cash or cheque payments. Please ensure that you fund your account using a bank account in your name. Payments from third-party sources will be rejected. If you notice a difference between the deposit amount in your trading account and the amount that you transferred, please contact your bank in the first instance.
The most common risk management tools in Forex trading are limit orders and stop loss orders. A limit order places a restriction on the maximum price to be paid or the minimum price to be received. A stop loss order sets a particular position to be automatically liquidated at a predetermined price in order to limit potential losses should the market move against an investor's position.
Prices streamed from our liquidity providers (New York Stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange, SIX Swiss Stock Exchange, Frankfurt Stock Exchange, TradingView, Blockchain) are consumed by our automated pricing engine where the "best" and most representative price is used to create our quotes on which clients trade.
Yes. We offer a free demo account containing €10,000 of virtual funds. This allows you to try out our platform in a risk-free environment and practice trading strategies and techniques. To open a demo account, you'll need to provide a valid email address, your full name, a phone number, and a password.
No, you can keep your demo account open for as long as you like, and you can use it to test strategies even after you've opened a live account.
Standard bank withdrawals take up to 3-5 working days; international banks take up to 5-7 working days.
You can reset your password by selecting ‘Forgotten Password’ on the login page. We will then send instructions for changing your password to the email address you use to log into your account.
